Bookings

A date is secured once availability is confirmed, the booking contract is completed and the booking retainer is paid. Until then, dates remain open to other enquiries. The booking contract you sign is the authoritative agreement for your booking; these terms summarise how we generally work.

Payment

Package pricing is listed on the pricing page as starting prices; your quote confirms the final amount for your coverage. The remaining balance is payable per the schedule in your booking contract.

Changes and cancellations

If your event is postponed or cancelled, contact us as early as possible at [email protected] or 0485 688 739. Date changes are accommodated where the new date is available. Retainer and cancellation treatment is set out in your booking contract.

Delivery

Sneak peeks are typically delivered within 48 hours and final galleries usually within 1-3 weeks depending on the booking. Delivery timeframes for your specific coverage are confirmed in your quote.

Copyright and image use

Royale Photography retains copyright in all photographs. Clients receive a personal-use licence for their delivered images: print, share and enjoy them freely. Commercial use requires written agreement. Our public use of your images in the portfolio or on social media is permission-led, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Working with churches and venues

Coverage always respects venue and parish rules (flash restrictions, movement limits, altar access). Please share any restrictions before the day so coverage can be planned around them.
